- Rolling Schedule will be used. Please be ready for each race at the conclusion of the prior race.

- Boys High School Varsity Race
- Girls Middle School Race
- Boys Middle School Race
- Grade Elementary Girls
and Boys Race - 1 Mile - The Elementary Race will be divided
into two separate events this year: - 4th
Grade - 6th Grade: This race will take place
immediately after the Boys' Middle School race. - 3rd
Grade and Under: This race will follow the 4th Grade
* 6th Grade race. - Entry Signup at the
concession stand $3.00 per racer

ADMISSION
- There will be a $ 5.00 charge per vehicle. There will be $2 walk up charge per person. No passes will be accepted! Please communicate this to your parents. Please pass information sheet to your parents!
- ONLY Administrators from each school will be permitted to enter free of charge (AD, Principal & Supt.) please identify yourself when entering the fairgrounds.
AWARDS
- Individual awards along with Team Championship & Runner-up trophies will be handed out after official scoring is complete.
- High School Top 21 individuals receive medals for each race.
- Middle School - Top 15 individuals receive medals for each race.
PARKING
- See enclosed map to Crawford Country Fairgrounds. Bus parking available on site.
- There will be two gates open for parking for spectators. If you are coming from the south use the south gate on Whetstone St. If approaching from the North turn right off Whetstone on to Wheeler Ave. (beside the fairground) and use the North gate.
FACILITIES
Restrooms will be available under Grand Stands.
CONCESSION
T-shirts and food will be available. Please remind your runners to bring money.
ENTRY FEE
$225 per school (covers both girls & boys teams / High School & Middle School)
NOTES
- Upon arrival you will need to check in at the timing trailer at the finish line.
- Please come prepared for weather/heat
- Bring water. It will only be minimally provided at the finish line due to restrictions.
